Our prices include all taxes (VAT, visitor’s tax):
Reservations are confirmed on deposit of 40% of the total amount of the stay and bookings can be made by telephone, fax or e-mail. The reservation option will remain valid for 7 days (24h in high season or weekends) and will then be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received. These options and any preferences will be satisfied according to availability.
There will be no reduction in price for late arrival or early departure. In the case of late arrival or early departure, the amount for the total number of nights booked will be due. If half board or full board bookings have been made, an additional amount equal to 3 days of the cost of the booked stay will also be due.
In the case of cancellation by the hotel, the deposit will be fully reimbursed.
In the case of cancellation by the customer:
full reimbursement if made within 30 days of expected arrival less € 30.00 costs.
reimbursement of 50% if made within 30 and 20 days of expected arrival;
reimbursement of 20% if made within 20 and 10 days of expected arrival;
no reimbursement of the deposit for cancellations made within 10 days of expected arrival.
Once 12 hours (4 hours during high season and weekends) has passed after the expected arrival time without notice from the customer, the hotel “Locanda dei Fiori” will re-let the room.
